By using the Pinnacle Consulting Group website (https://www.thepinnacleconsultinggroup.com) or working with us through consultations, audits, or project services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

    Overview

Pinnacle Consulting Group provides business consulting, workflow optimization, automation development, and AI integration services. All services are delivered under these terms and any written proposal, agreement, or statement of work between us and the client.

    Use of Our Website

You agree not to use this website for:

    • Any unlawful purpose
    • Attempting to access restricted areas or systems
    • Distributing spam or harmful content
    • Copying or scraping our content in a way that violates copyright or fair use

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

    Services and Engagements

All consulting and automation work is governed by the scope described in your proposal or agreement.

    Clients agree to:

    • Provide accurate and timely information
    • Supply access necessary to complete work
    • Communicate project needs and approvals clearly
    • Use tools and systems responsibly

We reserve the right to decline projects or terminate engagements if expectations or requirements change in ways that fall outside the agreed scope.

    No Guaranteed Outcomes

We provide professional recommendations and implementation based on experience and best practices. Because business results depend on execution, market conditions, and external tools, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue changes, lead volume, or performance results.

    Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our work often involves connecting your business systems to external platforms. Examples include:

    • CRM systems
    • Email or SMS platforms
    • AI tools
    • Zapier, Make, and automation platforms
    • Project management tools
    • Hosting and CMS platforms

    We are not responsible for:

    • Outages, downtime, or bugs in third-party tools
    • Changes in pricing or policies of external platforms
    • Data loss or issues caused by external systems

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate licenses, accounts, and billing for third-party software unless otherwise stated.

    Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, brand assets, layouts, graphics, and documentation—is owned by Pinnacle Consulting Group or licensed for use.

    During a project:

    • You retain ownership of your data and business materials.
    • We own proprietary frameworks, templates, workflows, and reusable components created before or outside your project.
    • Custom automations and deliverables created specifically for you are licensed for your business use.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish documentation, training materials, or proprietary frameworks without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pinnacle Consulting Group is not liable for:

    • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
    • Data loss or corruption
    • Downtime caused by external tools
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

    Payment Terms

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Payments are due based on the schedule in your proposal
    • Late payments may delay delivery
    • Retainers, ongoing support plans, or monthly services are billed in advance

Work may pause if payments fall behind.

    Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case depending on project stage and completed work. For implementation packages, work already completed is non-refundable.

Time-based retainers can be cancelled at any time but are not refunded for the current billing period.

    Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business information shared during the engagement. We do not disclose client details or data unless required by law or with written consent.

    Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.

    Upon termination:

    • Work delivered up to that point remains billable
    • Access to systems and tools must be revoked
    • Documentation provided remains under the licensing terms above
